Developers: we work with developers from the early stages of project conception, design, pricing and market positioning. This ensures the project is tailor made for the end investors needs and in many cases our input results in the projects being presold off plan to our select client base.
Private Investors: our private clients range from seasoned multiple investors to first time investment buyers. Each client’s requirements are closely reviewed and documented to enable a clear individual investment strategy to be developed. Once the client’s needs are fully understood and agreed, Craigleith Investments will tailor and present an investment portfolio for the client’s review and selection.
Corporate Investors: our corporate clients range in size and investment value, but each one experiences the same high level of service and attention. Our corporate investment opportunities include fund development and acquisition; extensive commercial property projects; land acquisition and development; joint venture funding.
